Storage is the second half of the equation. We calculate retention from real bitrates at your chosen resolution and frame rate, add headroom, and size the recorder accordingly. No client of ours should discover their thirty-day retention was actually nine days.

Thirty days covers most commercial policies and insurer requirements; some industries and some contracts require longer. Tell us the number and we will size the recorder for it honestly — including the bitrate reality of high-resolution cameras at night, which is where most undersized systems quietly fail.
No. We build systems that record locally to a recorder you own, with secure remote viewing included. Cloud backup is available as a deliberate choice for off-site redundancy, not as a mandatory tax on watching your own cameras.
The National Defense Authorization Act restricts certain Chinese-manufactured video hardware from use in federally funded projects and by many contractors. If you hold government contracts, work on public projects, or expect to, specify NDAA-compliant cameras now rather than replacing the system later.
Often, yes. If the existing cameras are ONVIF-compliant and the cabling is sound, we can bring them into a new recorder and add coverage only where it is missing. We will be straight with you when a camera is genuinely past saving.
Not if they are installed properly. Cameras go on their own VLAN with their own switching capacity, so continuous video streams never compete with the traffic your staff depend on.
