Yes, and it usually goes well. We handle the physical layer and the network hardware; your IT provider keeps the servers, endpoints and applications. We document everything we build so they can support it.
No hard minimum, but our work makes the most sense for commercial buildings. For a single-router home we are almost certainly not the best value for you, and we will tell you that on the phone.
Optional managed support covers monitoring, firmware, configuration changes and priority response. Many clients self-manage after handover — we build it so that is realistic.
