Who we serve

Restaurants & Retail

We make sure your operations, back office, staff and guests all get the connectivity they need — with POS traffic protected from everything else on the network.

What matters in this environment

POS uptime first

Payment terminals on a protected segment with priority, because a card decline is a lost sale.

Guest access that helps

Fast, simple guest WiFi that improves dwell time instead of generating complaints.

Coverage where disputes happen

Registers, entrances, stockrooms and back doors framed for identifiable footage.

The network runs the shift

Modern hospitality and retail run on connected systems end to end: cloud POS, handheld ordering, kitchen display screens, inventory scanners, digital signage, card terminals and a guest network on top of all of it. When any one of those shares an unmanaged connection with the others, the failures land during your busiest hour.

We segment properly. Payment terminals and POS traffic get their own protected VLAN with priority. Guest WiFi is isolated and bandwidth-limited so a full patio cannot slow down the kitchen. IoT devices — thermostats, signage, music systems — sit apart from everything that matters.

For multi-location brands, we deploy a consistent design across sites so every store behaves the same way, supports the same, and can be managed from one place. That consistency is worth more than any individual optimisation.

What we typically install here

  • Segmented VLANs for POS, staff, guest, IoT and signage
  • Priority handling so payments never queue behind streaming
  • Guest WiFi with limits, isolation and an optional branded portal
  • Cameras at registers, entrances, stockrooms and back doors
  • Consistent multi-site deployment and central management
  • Coverage for patios, drive-through lanes and outdoor seating

FAQ

Questions we get from restaurants & retail

Not on a network built properly. POS traffic sits on its own VLAN with priority handling and a guaranteed share of the circuit; guest traffic is capped. Where the two share an unmanaged connection, yes — and that is the single most common cause of slow terminals at peak.

Yes, and it is work we like. One design, one hardware standard, one management platform across every site — so a technician who has seen one of your stores has effectively seen all of them.

At minimum: registers framed tightly enough to identify a face and a transaction, entrances and exits, the back door, and any stockroom or safe area. Beyond that it is driven by your specific incident history, which is why we ask about it before quoting.

Yes, with weather-rated outdoor access points and mounting that accounts for heaters, umbrellas and seasonal furniture — all of which move and all of which affect coverage.
