What matters in this environment

Coverage in every room

Not the corridor outside it. In-room or corridor-optimised design decided by the building, not by budget alone.

Guests isolated from each other

Client isolation, per-device limits and a portal that does not make people give up before they connect.

Back-of-house that never blinks

PMS, POS, door locks and cameras on their own protected segments.

WiFi is a review category now

Guests do not review your wireless network directly — they review the evening it ruined. Streaming that buffered, a video call that dropped, a portal that would not load on a phone. Hospitality wireless is judged at its worst moment, which means the design has to hold up in the far corner room on a full Saturday, not in the lobby on a Tuesday.

Older properties are the hard cases: thick walls, long corridors, and a corridor-mounted design that measures beautifully in the hallway and fails at the bed. Where the construction demands it, in-room access points are the honest answer, and we will tell you when your building is one of those.

If you are searching for commercial WiFi for hotels, or commercial-grade routers for short-term rentals and VRBO properties, we would love to help. We also handle the unglamorous half — PMS integration, POS segmentation, cameras and access control — because a property runs on all of it.

What we typically install here

  • Per-room coverage validated by survey, not assumed from corridors
  • Guest isolation, bandwidth shaping and a fast, mobile-friendly portal
  • Separate segments for PMS, POS, door locks, IoT and staff
  • Coverage for pools, courtyards, patios and parking areas
  • Camera systems at entrances, corridors, back-of-house and car parks
  • Support arrangements that suit a property with no on-site IT

FAQ

Questions we get from hotels, resorts & short-term rentals

It depends entirely on construction. Modern lightweight partitions can often be covered from the corridor; older buildings with plaster, lath, masonry or metal-backed walls frequently cannot. A survey answers it definitively, and it is worth answering properly — a corridor design in the wrong building produces exactly the complaints you are trying to eliminate.

Yes — a captive portal with your branding, terms of use, optional email capture and a session length you choose. We do keep pushing for the simplest possible flow, because every extra step generates front-desk calls.

No. Client isolation is standard on our guest networks, so devices cannot reach one another. Where guests need to cast to a room TV, we handle that with a controlled per-room mechanism rather than by weakening isolation.

That is the typical hospitality client. We design for minimal intervention, provide managed monitoring, and give your general manager a short list of things they can safely do themselves — everything else is a phone call to us.
