Who we serve

Warehouse & Manufacturing

We specialise in enterprise WiFi for warehouses and manufacturing facilities — the buildings where every material and every forklift conspires against your signal.

What matters in this environment

Coverage that survives racking

We design for the aisles as they are stocked, not for an empty floor plan at handover.

Roaming built for movement

Scanners on a forklift cross three cells a minute. We tune thresholds so they hand off instead of clinging.

Built for the environment

Dust, temperature, height and vibration all get accounted for in hardware and mounting choices.

The hardest building type to cover well

We have perfected installation and fine-tuning for large, concrete, steel and complex buildings. A warehouse punishes every shortcut: metal racking reflects and absorbs, stock levels change the RF environment week to week, ceiling heights push access points far from the devices that need them, and everything that matters is moving.

The single most common failure we find is access points mounted high in the ceiling on a neat grid. It looks tidy on a drawing and it fails in the aisles, because the signal never reaches down into a stocked rack canyon. Aisle-aligned placement at realistic mounting heights, with directional antennas where the geometry demands them, is what actually works.

If you are searching for the right access point or networking solution for your warehouse or manufacturing facility, we would be glad to survey it. We will also tell you honestly when your existing hardware is fine and the problem is placement and configuration — which it often is.

What we typically install here

  • Aisle-aligned AP placement validated with AP-on-a-stick testing
  • Roaming and minimum-data-rate tuning for handheld scanners
  • Outdoor coverage for yards, docks and container areas
  • Point-to-point links to detached buildings and gatehouses
  • Camera coverage at docks, exits and high-value storage
  • Cabling and fiber backbones rated for industrial pathways

FAQ

Questions we get from warehouse & manufacturing

Almost always roaming configuration plus placement. Handhelds hold onto a weak access point far longer than they should unless minimum data rates and roaming thresholds are set to push them off. Combined with ceiling-grid placement that never reaches into the aisles, you get exactly the symptom you are describing — and both parts are fixable.

Substantially. A full rack of dense product is a very different RF environment from an empty one. We survey with the building in a realistic state and design in margin for the difference, which is one reason a survey done at the wrong moment can be misleading.

Yes, with hardware rated for the temperature and mounting that accounts for condensation and door cycles. These areas need to be tested individually — predictive models are unreliable inside an insulated metal box.

Outdoor access points on the building face, plus point-to-point links out to detached structures. Grounding and surge protection are part of the specification, not an upsell.
